Our team was created in January, 2005 by Cassie Borgmeyer and Kara Zeit.  Both Cassie and Kara have been in the Real Estate business since 1997.  Doing business as a Team seemed to make the most sense to Kara and Cassie.  Teaming up would mean better customer service to their to their clients. 

To make the best even better, in May, 2006, Jerry Borgmeyer (Cassie's husband) joined "The Home Team" and extended our service area to the Platte City and Kansas City area.  Jerry has been in the customer service field for over 30 years.  He operates out of Reece and Nichols Ide Capital Realty's new Platte City office.

"The Home Team" now consists of three very knowledgeable and dedicated REALTORS® with over 48 years combined experience in customer satisfaction.  Our main objective is to give you, the customer, the very best experience when buying and/or selling your home.
